The test evaluates the wear resistance of the valve train of automotive diesel engine lubricants. Using the N04C-VH diesel engine as the test specimen, a continuous test operation is conducted for 200 hours under specified high temperature and high load conditions. After the test, the engine is disassembled, and the wear amount of the tappets is measured and calculated.
